Announcing the Highly Anticipated High Times Hemp Cup: People’s Choice Edition 2023

It’s time to officially announce once again that the High Times Hemp Cup: People’s Choice Edition is coming soon! While many other People’s Choice competitions focus on single-market products, the Hemp Cup is open to competitors nationwide. We invite everyone to suggest the best products.

This year, we’ve upgraded our High Times Hemp Cup category and welcomed three legitimate psychoactive groups to make our product selection even more compelling.

A competition of this size requires serious coordination and the interest is so high that we have been planning this for months. As such, the following deadlines are subject to change, but are as follows:

Competitors have between 30 January and 30 February 2023. Submit the product for consideration on March 3, 2023. Judge Kits will then be available from February 10th. Unlike market-specific competitions, Hemp Cup Kits can be ordered online in all states. The jury will review the different products received over a period of two months (February 10th to April 2nd).We tally up our scores and celebrate another success high times Hemp Cup: People’s Choice Edition arrives on April 16th, just in time for 4/20!

There are a few things potential competitors should know. First, slots are limited. We have items from all 50 states, so if you’d like to be considered, we encourage you to submit your items now. Second, there is a limit of 2 submissions per company and per division. Third, you must submit 80 samples of the same SKU for each entry. Also note that flower and pre-roll submissions must be limited to a maximum of 3.5 grams and concentrates and vape pens to a maximum of 3 grams (no more than that will be accepted). These are some of the important factors for eligibility and we will send you more information after your participation has been confirmed.

A $500 (non-refundable) deposit is required for each entry, but if you submit 3-4 entries, you’ll get another free entry. Submit 5 to 7 and get 2 more free. If you have any questions about this, please see here. cannabiscup.com.
