Shore House Canna, an adult-use dispensary in West Cape May, New Jersey, will host its 3rd Annual Fall Fest on September 26 from noon to 4 p.m. The event takes place at Rea’s Farm Market in Cape May and is free to attend.
The gathering is open to anyone 21 and older, regardless of cannabis experience. Cannabis products will be available for purchase on-site, and consumption is permitted.
Fall Fest has become one of the largest consumption-friendly events in New Jersey. Last year’s event drew over 1,000 attendees, and this year’s turnout is expected to be even larger.
Attendees can expect local artists, food trucks, farmer’s market goods, and live music throughout the day. The event will feature both cannabis and non-cannabis vendors, with vendor booths functioning like a farmers’ market where brands talk about their products alongside cannabis-themed carnival games.
Ethan Zohn returns for his third year as Master of Ceremonies. Zohn is a Survivor winner, two-time cancer survivor, and host of the Cannabis X Sports Series “Kicking Back.”

Shore House Canna is a veteran- and women-owned dispensary founded on pairing a love of cannabis with a passion for community. The company’s focus on community-building events stems in large part from co-founder and veteran Dave Christian.

Rea’s Farm is one of the last working farms in West Cape May, operated by the same family since 1922. Five generations of the Rea family have worked the land, which is also home to the “Beanery,” a top birdwatching site.
The farm has withstood real estate pressure that turned most other area farms into subdivisions and shore houses. The Rea family hosts events like Fall Fest to showcase the farm as a gathering place.
According to hightimes.com, last year’s crowd surprised Shore House Canna not with sponsors or swag, but with who showed up. The event draws an older, more diverse crowd than the typical canna-curious millennial demographic, including retirees, Cape May locals, and many people who had never set foot in a dispensary before.
Edibles were a curiosity for many attendees, with low-dose gummies, topicals, THC beverages, and tinctures seen as more approachable than flower.
