Weibel, a former music teacher at Cathedral High School in New Ulm, Minnesota, was indicted in Brown County Court on January 19 with fifth degree marijuana possession and three serious misdemeanors of complicity in child delinquency.

A priest associated with the Diocese of New Ulm called police for dropping a dime on January 14 after school administrators warned him that a student was smoking with a teacher.
