Power Connections Cannabis, Michigan’s premier cannabis business conference, returns Nov. 20 at VIBE Credit Union Showplace in Novi. The one-day event will convene more than 500 retailers, cultivators, brand founders, investors, and service providers from across Michigan and beyond.
This year’s keynote speaker is Daymond John, founder of FUBU and a longtime investor on ABC’s Shark Tank. John, known as “The People’s Shark,” will take part in a fireside chat at the conference.
“I look forward to seeing you on November 20th in Novi, Michigan, at Power Connections Cannabis, where I will be taking part in a fireside chat about what it takes to grow, compete, and lead in today’s business world,” said John. “I cannot wait to see you there.”
John is joined by more than 20 speakers, including Chris Ostrowski, chief technology officer of Dutchie; Ankur Rungta, co-founder and CEO of C3 Industries; and Saphira Galoob, CEO of the U.S. Cannabis Roundtable.
Exclusive Daymond John experiences will be available for VIP and Power+ guests.
Beyond the main stage, the program takes on the policy questions facing Michigan operators. A Legislative Town Hall will bring invited state lawmakers face to face with the retailers, growers, investors, and service providers who feel the impact of regulation every day.
The conference focuses on the deals shaping the state’s industry. Attendees represent roughly 300 retail stores.
Power Connections events generate more than 3,000 business meetings. The conference offers a dedicated one-on-one meeting space that attendees can book through the conference app.
“Michigan’s cannabis market has grown up fast, and the companies that thrive are the ones in the right rooms with the right people,” said Derek Dickow, founder of Power Connections and conference chairman. “This conference is where buyers meet brands, capital meets opportunity, and partnerships take shape.”
The event also features curated networking sessions for attendees.
This year’s gathering features a doubled exhibit floor with more than 40 vendors. Sponsors include Amnesia, Canopy HR, Citizens State Bank, Distru, Mercury Lighting and Sound, and Kairos Labs.
Tickets and a full conference agenda are available at powerconnectionsco.com.
The conference brings together participants from across Michigan and beyond. It is positioned as a venue where buyers meet brands and partnerships take shape.
The Novi venue will host the full program of speakers, networking, and exhibits.
Interested attendees can book one-on-one meetings through the conference app in advance.
